Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager / Officer – Solar Loans
Location: Pune (Bhandarkar Road Branch)
CTC: Up to 3.6LPA (Negotiable based on current CTC and experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager/Officer to drive solar loan disbursements and onboard EPC partners. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Solar Loans or working with Solar EPC companies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the solar loans and EPC onboarding portfolio.

Identify meet and convert potential clients (including EPC partners and end customers).

Conduct field visits and requirement analysis to offer the best loan solutions.

Coordinate closely with the back-office team to ensure smooth delivery and disbursements.

Stay up-to-date with solar industry trends regulations and market opportunities.

Represent the company in industry events and networking forums.

Submit reports on lead generation pipeline status and monthly performance.

Meet monthly targets for EPC onboarding and solar loan disbursement.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Solar Loans (Candidates from solar EPCs may also be considered).

Skills: Strong communication field sales experience negotiation and relationship-building.

Stability: Candidates with a stable employment record are preferred.

Other: No career gaps due to unexplained or unusual reasons.
