Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our IT department. In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that enhance business operations and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reliable, scalable, and user-friendly systems that align with our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom software solutions and internal applications
Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements
Integrate third-party APIs and systems with existing platforms
Optimize existing software for speed, scalability, and reliability
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in regular team meetings
Ensure software compliance with company security and data policies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of software development experience
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or PHP
Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., .NET, React, Angular, Laravel)
Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Automotive industry experience or understanding of dealership management systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
