Job Description
Role Profile:
We are seeking a Corporate Legal Manager to oversee legal litigation and compliance matters for our group of companies. The ideal candidate will independently manage legal cases contracts negotiations statutory compliance commercial transactions and corporate legal affairs.
Skills:
- Proficient in handling recovery cases such as IBC Section 138 Arbitration Section 9 applications etc.
- Experience in intellectual property registrations including TM Patent Copyright and IP Agreements such as licensing and Assignments.
- Skilled in contract drafting for various types of agreements including SLA BG NDA MOU commercial contracts like Supply and Service corporate contracts like JV Agreements Collaboration Agreements Dealership Agreements etc.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance implementation and monitoring.
- Familiarity with financial contracts like Loan Agreement Facility Agreement Security Agreements such as Pledge Hypothecation Mortgage etc.
- Experience in Buy side due diligence Acquisitions and Mergers will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Education Qualification needed LB/LLM
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience.
- Industry experience in a similar domain with a preference for experience in a complex group structure.
- Law firm experience is preferred but not solely from a partner level.
