What you will do:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients build trust manage feedback and align on deliverables.
- Lead social media strategy and campaign planning with a creative and analytical mindset
- Collaborate with designers copywriters and media planners to ideate and execute engaging content
- Coordinate internal team workflows to ensure timely delivery of content calendars campaigns and reports
- Monitor social media trends competitor activity and performance insights to optimize future campaigns
- Prepare and present monthly reports on campaign performance growth and recommendations
- Own the overall health of the account from engagement rates to client happiness
- Responsible for cross selling on respective client accounts.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in social media management or digital account management
- Strong grasp of platform-specific content for Instagram LinkedIn Twitter Facebook and YouTube
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a client-facing role
- Ability to translate brand objectives into thumb-stopping social media ideas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive organized and solutions-driven
- Strong understanding of content trends influencer culture and paid social
- Experience in managing D2C or lifestyle/fashion/EV brand accounts
- Knowledge of social media and paid media marketing and community management workflows
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Exposure to global markets with a focus on regional and hyperlocal campaigns.
