We are seeking a detail-oriented Cutover Coordinator to join our team at a leading pharmaceutical company in Shanghai China. The Cutover Coordinator will play a critical role in facilitating and executing the detailed tasks involved in the cutover phase of major SAP and IT system implementations. This role involves hands-on coordination of cutover schedules deliverables and communications to ensure a smooth and timely transition from legacy systems to new solutions. The Cutover Coordinator will work closely with the Cutover Lead project managers IT teams and business stakeholders to monitor progress and resolve any day-to-day issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align and coordinate on the local Training Approach and timeline
- Provide guidance and lead the local Training Teams
- Weekly status report (wave) and PMM gates
- Alignment with OCM and Authorization Teams on high level timeline and main messages
- Alignment with Authorization Team on process for provisioning users for go-live
- 1st point of contact for Wave PMOs and Trello cards risks mitigation in Jira and overall training information
- Representant of training during Wave workshops
- Consolidation of requirements for training system and training data needs for instructor-led sessions
- Guidance on training system and training data requirements to be used for each instructor-led session
- Adhoc clarification with MFCs and Trainers if needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Life Sciences or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or support roles ideally in SAP or ERP implementation projects.
- Solid understanding of IT project phases particularly system cutover and go-live activities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong documentation and follow-up capabilities.
- Proven experience facilitating cross-functional communication and resolving minor blockers.
- Familiarity with SAP systems (e.g. S/4HANA ECC) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Ability to work flexible hours during cutover and go-live periods.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry environment is a plus.
- Project coordination certifications (e.g. CAPM) are a bonus but not required.
