We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Medical Receptionists - 1 Full-Time & 1 Part-Time - to join our team in O'Connor. This is your chance to be one of the welcoming faces of Apex Radiology and support the delivery of outstanding care to our patients, referrers, and the wider community.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

• Be the first point of contact, greeting and assisting patients at the front desk
• Answer phones and handle enquiries with care, empathy, and efficiency
• Schedule patient appointments and optimise booking slots
• Provide patients with accurate information about procedures, preparation, and costs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including Radiologists, Sonographers, Radiographers, and Admin staff
• Manage patient data entry and handle EFTPOS and cash transactions

ABOUT YOU
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• A patient-first mindset and passion for quality healthcare
• Prior experience in a medical reception, imaging, GP or allied health environment (highly regarded)
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and tech-savviness to use multiple systems
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and organised in a fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
