Why This Role
As a Solution Architect supporting SEEKs Commercial Portfolio youll play a pivotal role in shaping the technology that powers our go-to-market efforts customer interactions and brand experience. Sitting within the Customer Architecture domain youll work across SEEKs commercial landscapecollaborating with Marketing Sales Service Product and Technology teams to develop scalable insight-led solutions that elevate SEEKs market position revenue impact and customer experience.
Youll bring a balance of strategic foresight and pragmatic deliverytranslating business needs into robust future-ready architectures and guiding teams as they implement change. With growing opportunities to leverage AI SEEKs advanced technology foundation and our rich data youll play a lead role in driving innovation while staying aligned to SEEKs broader architecture direction.
What Youll Be Doing
Collaborate across commercial and technical teams to assess current state systems and define target architectures
Provide strategic direction by contributing to technology roadmaps and long-term commercial tech planning
Identify and design architecture options that solve complex cross-functional challenges
Guide the delivery of high-impact solutions that align with SEEKs standards and business goals
Lead stakeholder engagement across Product Engineering and Commercial teams bridging organisational boundaries and fostering alignment to achieve best outcomes for SEEK.
Contribute to strategic technology initiatives leveraging in-house cloud solutions as well as third-party platforms to drive customer engagement business growth and commercial productivity.
Gain deep understanding of both SEEKs technical landscape and business objectives boldly challenging the status quo and guiding the organisation toward continuous improvement and innovation.
The Opportunity
This role sits within the Customer Architecture domain of SEEKs 20 person Architecture function. The team spans six domains: Enterprise Customer Data & AI Platform Growth and Architecture Practices all with a shared purposeconnecting strategy to delivery.
In this role youll operate across SEEKs Commercial portfoliowhere business ambition meets user need. Youll influence how SEEK builds its marketing sales and service capability while ensuring every decision considers the customer journey and creates meaningful value in-market.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- Extensive experience architecting and documenting complex scalable technology solutions
- Strong communication stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business and technical teams
- Commercial acumen and a passion for customer excellence
- Comprehensive working knowledge of enterprise customer platform solutions such as CRM omni-channel customer engagement MarTech/AdTech and complex data integrations
- Interest in or experience with applying AI to enhance customer or commercial outcomes
