Job Description
- Support LANs WANs and Wireless systems;
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise;
- Maintain hardware components such as routers switches firewalls and load balancers;
- Manage DNS and DHCP services;
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding connectivity issues;
- Document network configurations and maintenance procedures;
- Take part in upgrades patches and system migrations;
- Ensure network security practices are upheld;
- Work closely with Infra Team (Wintel SecurityUnixBackup);
- Work closely with all stakeholders users in order to understand their needs;
- Provide documentation to help development/integration team.
Qualifications :
- Expert: minimum 2 years on a similar role;
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent;
- Experience with LANs WANs and Wireless systems;
- Experience with Cisco or similar networking equipment;
- Understanding of firewalls VPNs and wireless technologies;
- Scripting skills to automate tasks and develop custom solutions;
- Experienced in monitoring network performance and troubleshooting;
- Expertise in switching/routing as well with load balancers;
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP DNS DHCP and common networking protocols.
