Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Receive samples perform integrity checks and complete all necessary documentation
- Log samples into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) managing storage and disposals
- Work as part of an operational team to prepare samples for analysis in a timely manner
- Conduct analytical work using appropriate techniques and in accordance with regulatory standards (e.g. ISO 17025)
- Act in compliance with the site Health & Safety Policy
- Maintain a clean tidy and well-equipped work area observing operational regulations

Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level with 5 GCSEs graded A-C (or 9-4)
- Experience in a regulated laboratory environment is advantageous
- Sound computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
