Job Description

Youre the operational backbone that keeps our corporate affairs machine running smoothly and efficiently. This role focuses on process optimization resource management and ensuring our corporate affairs team can deliver their best work. Great for someone who loves streamlining operations and has a knack for making complex processes work seamlessly. 

What Youll Do:Lead operational efficiency and process optimization for corporate affairs functions while managing resources and supporting team effectiveness. Youll focus on streamlining workflows and ensuring the corporate affairs organization can deliver high-quality work efficiently. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize operational processes for corporate affairs teams 
  • Manage budgets resources and vendor relationships for corporate affairs functions 
  • Lead project management and workflow optimization initiatives 
  • Support team effectiveness through improved processes and resource allocation 
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of corporate affairs initiatives 
  • Track operational metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements 
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications :

Experience Required

  • 7 years of experience in operations management project management or business operations
  • 3 years in management roles with budget and team oversight responsibilities
  • Proven track record of process optimization and operational improvement initiatives
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional projects
  • Background in corproate affairs communications marketing or professional services operations preferred
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials strongly preferred

Skills

  • Strong operational and process improvement expertise
  • Advanced project management skills with ability to coordinate complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Budget management and financial analysis capabilities
  • Vendor management and relationship-building skills
  • Data analysis abilities for tracking and optimizing operational performance
  • Leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving organizational change


Additional Information :

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $80336.75 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
