Ensures quality fine-dining guest service that adheres to the corporate regional and local Raffles standards through daily inspection of outlet functions and operations.
Prepares outlet reports by ensuring they are maintained and accurate and participates in the budgeting process.
Trains and develops decision-making skills performance management techniques and function planning abilities of colleagues.
Qualifications :
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant fine-dining managerial experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
Strong working knowledge of food and beverage operations loyalty programs Opera and MS Office applications.
