Hydraulic system commissioning trouble shooting in India / outside India
Customer complaint handling
Increasing field service network (Direct / Indirect)
Field service management
KPI tracking and timely completion.
Responsible for Quality safety and 5S related improvements in field service activities.
Internal & external audit handling for field service operation.
Qualifications :
Job Role : Field Service Engineers
Designation: Executive / Engineer/AM
Location: Bangalore
Essential Educational Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical)
Preferred Educational Qualification: (Mechatronics)
No. of years of Experience required: 5-7 Yrs
Additional Information :
Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like:
Technical know-how of hydraulic system
commissioning trouble shooting customer
complaint handling. Know-how of M.S Office and
other soft skills. Good communication skills.
