Job Description
Handle CN Local service plan/CF/Actual and LSDB platform support
Support CN resource management eg. PLW report and PBI MAE Budget HC external
Support management topics eg. BGN editor
Support market & communication topics eg. Workshop Charity annual dinner..
Support PBI & Power Platform development for CN topics
Others eg. Support PSM team support with CN level customer service eg. ITFM Enabling Consult with customers
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above
- Be proficient in MS tools especially in excel & PPT. Good knowledge in Power BI will be a plus
- Good command of English fluent in reading and writing (mandatory)
- Willing to take responsibilities and work independently
- Strong learning ability and awareness
- Good teamwork and soft skills
- Dynamic Proactive collaborative communication style with the ability to be direct tactful and transparent
