Job Description
What you will do:
As our QC Inspector you will perform inspections of the manufacturing process. You will conduct dimensional and electrical inspection of sub-assemblies or final systems assemblies. Additionally you will interpret prints manufacturing drawings diagrams wire cards and lists in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies. This role will largely be done at a desk sitting down however you must be able to lift bend and stoop as needed for the role.
Inspects raw materials components and finished products to ensure conformance to specification.
Perform roving inspection of the production lines and document all findings.
Performs quality control inspections in accordance with FDA ISO and other applicable regulations / guidelines.
Accurately records inspection results to ensure proper segregation of accepted and rejected products.
What you need:
Required:
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years experience.
Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications
Preferred:
Good understanding of Quality Assurance
Prior experience using measuring devices like gauges meters calipers and computers.
Up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices.
Preferred experience in a quality control work environment.
