Now Hiring: Elite Group Fitness Coaches BFT Houston
Body Fit Training (BFT) is redefining what group fitness looks like combining science-backed programming with a supportive high-energy community environment. Originally from Australia and rapidly expanding across the U.S. were excited to bring next-level strength and conditioning to Houston TX and were looking for standout coaches to lead the charge.
Who You Are
Youre a certified fitness pro who thrives in front of a crowd. You know how to inspire educate and energize delivering more than just a workout you create an unforgettable experience. Youre a natural leader a team player and someone who knows how to coach movement with purpose.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking high-performance Group Fitness Coaches who:
- Have hands-on experience leading group fitness or personal training sessions
- Hold a nationally recognized certification (NASM ACE ISSA ACSM or similar)
- Reside within 30 minutes of our Houston studio
- Are confident on the mic and in command of the room
- Communicate clearly coach intentionally and bring positive energy to every class
- Are passionate about functional training progressive programming and member results
- Value a collaborative team culture where coaches support each other and elevate the experience
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in boutique fitness settings like F45 Orangetheory CrossFit or bootcamp-style classes
- A background in HIIT strength-based training or athletic performance coaching
- CPR/AED certified and safety-focused
What Youll Do at BFT Houston
- Deliver high-quality pre-programmed workouts that challenge and motivate
- Provide movement corrections personalized coaching and scalable modifications
- Build authentic relationships with members to foster retention and trust
- Keep our studio environment clean professional and full of energy
- Represent the BFT brand with integrity inside and outside the studio
