What is the opportunity
Join the Technology Training team at RBC WM-U.S. Drive overall technology engagement and adoption for the private client group field audience and deliver customized technology-led consulting and coaching for key advisors and their teams. This position will require flexibility in being able to
adapt to multiple strategic initiatives and growth; support developing and mature best-in-class technology; and deliver the effective implementation for the scope and scale of the consulting role. Be responsible for supporting and collaborating with Technology training divisional leadership and other key business partners to align and deliver on training strategies and plans to meet
complex/branch level needs; help mitigate business and technology disruptions; and implement solutions for improvement. Create and share a culture of learning and insight to keep current advisors/team(s) invested.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $65000-$115000 depending on your experience skills and registration status market conditions and business needs.
