POSITION TITLE: Technology Support SpecialistREPORTS TO: Director of Technology and OperationsSUMMARY: To ensure that all computers/Chromebooks are maintained in a condition of operating excellence maximizing RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Desktop support/repair2. Helpdesk tickets3 . Repair of HP Chromebooks4. Troubleshooting hardware and software5. Track hardware/software inventory (including billing students for Chromebook damages)6 . Coordinate repair of equipment with appropriate vendors7. Maintain Smartboard equipment8. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology and OperationsKNOWLEDGE OF:1. Desktop experience in a Windows 11 environment. 2. Google Workspace / Chrome OS3. Basic networking and computing skills4. Server 2019ABILITY TO:1. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing 2 . Respond in a timely manner3. Adapt to a changing environment; be flexible4. Work independently and as a teamQUALIFICATIONS:1. 1-3 years of desktop experience in a Windows/Google network environment preferred2. At least 2 years of relevant experience preferredSALARY RANGE:$30000 - $35000
