Job Description
MicroHealth is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work in a diverse SAFe/Agile Salesforce environment with minimal supervision and constantly changing requirements. This is a senior-level position where the candidate will be expected to provide team and technical leadership communications and coordination while delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. Design custom objects custom fields picklists page layouts workflow approval processes validation rules and custom tabs according to application requirements. Create comprehensive reports Visualforce pages dashboards and email generation systems. Develop hands-on solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Lightning Web Components and Extension Lists. Implement Salesforce out-of-the-box customization using low-code tools.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development and Salesforce implementation
- Proficient in Salesforce out-of-the-box customization using low-code tools
- Expert-level proficiency in APEX programming language triggers flows SOQL SOSL
- Strong JavaScript skills including Lightning Web Component development
- Experience in developing APIs to integrate Salesforce with various systems (File System Database SharePoint Web Services)
- Comprehensive experience in Salesforce data modeling and data security rules
- Hands-on experience deploying code using Copado
- Proficiency with Apex Visualforce Lightning Lightning Web Components and Extension Lists
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
- Salesforce Developer certification (required)
- Copado certification (preferred)
- Experience implementing 508 compliance in web applications
- Proficiency in conducting accessibility testing using tools like JAWS
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure platform
- Knowledge of DevOps/CI/CD Pipeline processes
- Understanding of OWASP vulnerabilities and security best practices
