Sales Counselor and Marketing Staff Talk about timing!!!
Position: Sales Counselor and Marketing Staff Scotia Village
Reports to: Sales Director

Position Summary:
The Marketing and Sales Counselor will build relationships with prospects set up and conduct tours and help prospective residents find the right home for their lifestyle (Sales aspect). The Marketing and Sales Counselor will also plan organize and execute all marketing events with assistance from the Marketing and Sales Director (Marketing aspect).
Essential Functions Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Kintura Director of Sales and Marketing and Scotia Village Director of Sales and Marketing to execute the overall marketing and sales plan for the community
  • Promote and ensure that all PHI sales and marketing philosophies and objectives are achieved
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects families residents and referral sources in the area
  • Collect all relevant contact or other information from each prospect that will allow effective follow up
  • Maintain CRM(customer relationship management) with updated prospect information and ensure that activities in the CRM are completed as scheduled
  • Respond and follow-up with to all prospects timely and appropriately
  • Manage the RSVP process for events
  • Maintain a marketing calendar of events for the community
  • Achieve occupancy levels and revenue production for the community
  • Complete presentations and tours with prospects and subsequently close sales
  • Collect all relevant contact or other information from each prospect that will allow prompt and effective follow up
  • Assist in the execution of Resident of the Future Prospect and Community events
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Director and/or Executive Director
Skills and Qualifications:
  • College graduate preferred
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have proven skills in working independently being self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Have working experience with customer relationship management software preferred
  • Event planning experience preferred
  • Must be a mission driven team player interested in supporting the needs of both coworkers and residents.
