As we expand our industry-leading distribution hub in Memphis were looking for a skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and drive excellence in service delivery.
Shift: MondayFriday 8:00 AM4:30 PM (OT may be required)
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of logistics professionals in daily warehouse operations.
Assign tasks monitor performance and ensure adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) training programs and onboarding processes.
Plan short-term labor and capacity needs in collaboration with management.
Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support quality management systems (QMS) and participate in internal and regulatory audits.
Foster a positive work environment aligned with Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely product distribution while optimizing cost and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of experience in warehouse logistics operations.
Proficiency with WMS inventory management systems and 3PL operations; SAP experience preferred.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least July 20 2025 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $80800.00 - $126250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
