Title: Voice Engineer
Location: Phoenix AZ - Hybrid Onsite
Type: 6-Month Contract (with possibility of converting to permanent position)
Were seeking an experienced Voice Engineer who thrives in enterprise environments and is passionate about modernizing communications infrastructure. This role will focus on advancing unified communications (UCaaS) and contact center (CCaaS) solutions working closely with business leaders to understand operational needs and drive strategic improvements.
Your role:
- Act as a forward-thinking voice engineering partner to business leaders gathering requirements and translating them into scalable UC/CC solutions
- Support the migration of on-premise voice systems to cloud-based platforms
- Collaborate on unified contact center strategy with an emphasis on CRM integration
- Evaluate and support platforms like Nextiva and RingCentral currently under review
- Provide strategic support to existing team members helping elevate the voice/UCaaS roadmap
What youve got:
- Strong experience with enterprise-level voice systems
- Demonstrated success in UCaaS and CCaaS migrations from on-prem to cloud
- Familiarity with platforms such as RingCentral Nextiva or similar
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to business needs
- Experience integrating voice/contact center platforms with CRMs
- Looking for someone proactive collaborative and capable of thinking beyond day-to-day tasks
