Job Description
Maquoketa Valley Community School District is in need of a full time substitute teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This position is for substitute teaching in all grades preschool-high school every day that school is in session. An Iowa Teaching License substitute license or substitute authorization is required. Extra curricular assignments may be available based upon the interest and qualification of the Valley Community School District is located in a supportive rural community near beautiful Lake Delhi and is less than an hours drive from Cedar Rapids Waterloo and Dubuque. Our students achieve at high levels in the classrooms and in extra-curricular programs.
