Ensure regulatory compliance and support auditsby preparing accurate documentation and reports for funders lead agencies and internal stakeholders while assisting with program reviews as needed.

Maintain data integrity and streamline documentation processesby entering auditing and analyzing data establishing systems for efficient information flow and ensuring timely and accurate recordkeeping.
Manage the foster home licensing processby tracking inquiries processing applications maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring compliance with training and regulatory requirementsall while delivering services with a focus on quality efficiency and innovation.
As a Licensing Specialist youll actively support the licensing and compliance process for foster homes ensuring high standards of care regulatory adherence and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications
Education:Bachelors degree in social services or related field.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience working with foster families. Prior child welfare experience preferred. SAFE Certification preferred. Willingness to complete certification if needed.
Other qualifications:
Valid Drivers License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to complete atwo-week paid new hire orientation class in Kennsaw GA;hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
