In this exciting and dynamic role youll be at the heart of providing exceptional care to young people in our residential care homes. When the House Supervisor is off shift youll step up and take the reinsensuring a safe nurturing and supportive environment where every resident feels valued. This is your chance to lead with purpose guide a dedicated team of residential care workers and help shape the future of young people in need of guidance and support.
As a key part of our Out of Home Care Program youll collaborate closely with the House Supervisor and Residential Care Coordinator playing a vital role in delivering compassionate care fostering growth and creating an environment where young people can truly thrive.

We have 2 Full-Time opportunities based in Meadow Heights and Fawkner VIC within our Out of Home Care Program. The positions report to the House Supervisor.
