AAM is searching for a Production Coordinator to join our team. This position will be based out of our Bluffton location in Bluffton IN.Job Description

Lead and develop a team of production supervisors by setting clear expectations providing coaching and feedback managing scheduling and assignments and addressing performance and behavior as needed.
Set daily and long-term production priorities based on real-time data (e.g. customer demand downtime scrap labor availability) ensuring efficient use of labor and equipment across all production lines.
Monitor and sustain manufacturing operations by enforcing standards coordinating schedules ensuring material flow solving production issues and driving equipment reliability.
Track and document production results including logs output reports and variances; translate performance data into actionable insights.
Maintain product quality by reviewing control charts and quality data identifying trends and implementing process improvements.
Oversee preventive maintenance coordination and engage team members in troubleshooting and resolving recurring equipment or process issues.
Promote a safe and compliant work environment by following internal policies and legal regulations and by proactively addressing safety concerns.
Act as a hands-on visible leader on the production floor (95% floor presence) fostering strong relationships across shifts and departments.
Support plant and organizational goals by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
Bachelors Degree or 5 years of related experience.
4 years of progressive leadership experience.
4 years experience in a manufacturing/fast-paced environment.
