Your Role
As a Service Manager you will lead the service team oversee vehicle maintenance operations and ensure that all vehicles meet our high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule vehicle servicing and maintenance operations.
- Supervise and support service team members ensuring productivity and quality.
- Conduct safety and performance inspections to ensure vehicles meet dealership standards.
- Monitor and maintain service records and inventory for parts and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address service-related inquiries.
What Were Looking For
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive or business management is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive service management or a related role is preferred.
Requirements:
- A valid state drivers license with minimal moving violations in the past three years.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
