Hiring: Civil Construction Estimator / Project Manager Tyler TX
Were seeking an experienced Civil Estimator / Project Manager to join our team in the Tyler Texas area. This full-time role involves estimating and managing civil projects including earthwork utilities site concrete and demolition.
Key Responsibilities:
Review plans and perform detailed takeoffs
Prepare competitive cost estimates and bids
Manage projects from start to finish
Schedule coordinate and oversee construction phases
Maintain documentation and ensure project goals are met
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in civil construction (earthwork water sewer storm)
Skilled in reading blueprints and generating accurate estimates
Proficient in AutoCAD Agtek 3D modeling and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with local subcontractors; strong organizational and communication skills
Valid drivers license; bilingual a plus
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
