Minimum Qualifications: degree Special to work with data systems and gathering of statistical information to relate well with pupils parents and a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations that govern special educationReports to:Director of Pupil Personnel Services or his/her Responsibilities: and assumes administrative assistant tasks under general guidance of Director of Special Education and Pupil Personnel Services LEA and Out-of-District Coordinator with secretarial duties Medicaid processing and record initial and annual meeting for review evaluation/re-evaluation dismissal and programming as a schedule of appointments and makes arrangements for all out of district and Agape student IEP 1st and 2nd parent notifications and mails/distributes as determined by mandated compliance Medicaid reports circuit breaker SIMS correspondence reports requisitions and special education record requests and mail in a timely data in folders of Special Education files with a regular filing system and a confidential filing material from student folders for parents advocates and lawyers as and routes incoming appointments conferences and time sheets on all non-contract all physician referrals and transportation for special education and homeless transportation schedules for all out-of-district Agape and homeless Purchase for all of the district schools and transportation vendors and paying monthly purchase requisitions for all special education supplies as routine decisions in accordance with established priorities and responsibility for making office reports and maintains fiscal any bookkeeping and related tasks such as typing sending of purchase orders tracking receipt of material and giving purchase order/packing slip to accounts statistical reports for the State and Federal Departments of Education and the School the register of special needs students and compiles reports as any other duties assigned by the Director of Special Education and Pupil Personnel Services or her/his any other duties assigned by the : Annually in accordance with district policy and based on predetermined goals approved by the of employment: This is a twelve-month position per personal contract.
