Description

As ADI Global expands and optimizes its retail footprint following the acquisition of a $1B AV distributor we are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the construction and setup of new and consolidated storefront locations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless execution across multiple markets aligning internal and external stakeholders and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of store construction and setup projects including site remodels site expansions consolidations and new location buildouts.
  • Oversee third-party providers such as general contractors racking and fixture suppliers signage vendors and other service partners.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with landlords to manage lease obligations site readiness and compliance with property requirements.
  • Utilize CAD to do test fits and store layout drawings
  • Partner with store leadership teams to align on store layouts construction timelines with operational needs and move logistics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Real Estate Legal IT Security Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Manage project budgets schedules and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all construction and setup work meets ADIs brand standards safety protocols and operational requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status risks and key decisions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including scopes of work change orders and close-out packages.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in retail construction project management preferably in industrial or distribution environments.
  • CAD program proficiency
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects across diverse geographies.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet or similar).
  • Travel 50% across United States and Canada
