This is a non-union positionThe Operational Performance Reporting team plays a critical role in supporting strategic safety and reliability decision-making and driving operational excellence across the organization.
In this role you will ensure timely accurate and thoughtful reporting to various governance meetings and reports to drive safe and reliable operations. This position combines strategic planning and safety and reliability performance reporting responsibilities to ensure timely accurate and insightful analysis and reporting for senior leadership and governance bodies.

What you will do:
Develop and deliver comprehensive performance reporting for governance committees e.g. Safety & Reliability Committee and Operations & Integrity Committee.
Collaborate with business units central functions and other S&R teams to gather validate and synthesize inputs and insights for governance reporting.
Work closely and collaboratively with the Data and Analytics team to ensure applicability and clear representation of data used in reporting.
Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership including off-cycle reporting requests.
Follow maintain and improve internal governance reporting processes document control and workflows.
Support the Safety & Reliability STIP framework and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Who you are:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Science or other relevant field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational performance governance reporting corporate strategy business analysis or a related discipline.
Experience preparing reviewing and editing materials for senior leadership levels.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and produce accurate high-quality outputs in a dynamic environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong analytical communications problem-solving and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) Adobe and data visualization tools (Power BI).
Working Conditions:
Office based.
Under 5% travel.
