What you will do:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive and insightful performance reporting for the S&R Committee and Operations & Integrity Committee.

  • Collaborate with business units central functions and S&R partners to collect and assemble reporting information.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the S&R Operational Performance Data & Analytics team to ensure applicability and clear representation of data used in reporting.

  • Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership including off-cycle reporting requests.

  • Follow maintain and improve internal governance reporting processes document control and workflows.

Who you are:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or other related field

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational performance reporting business analysis or related subject area.

  • Experience preparing reviewing and editing materials for senior leadership levels.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and produce accurate high-quality outputs in a dynamic environment.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

  • Strong analytical communications problem-solving and quantitative skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) Adobe and data visualization tools (Power BI).

Working Conditions:

  • Office based.

  • Under 5% travel.
