Job Description
Position Summary
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs (medical dental vision 401(k) life/disability insurance etc.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution
- Coordinate benefits enrollment changes and terminations in HRIS and with carriers
- Support annual open enrollment including communications and system updates
- Ensure benefits compliance with federal and state laws (COBRA ACA HIPAA ERISA)
- Assist with leave administration (FMLA ADA STD/LTD personal leave)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to benefits
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in HRIS and benefits platforms
- Contribute to wellness and employee engagement initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
- 24 years of experience in HR or benefits administration
- Strong understanding of benefits compliance requirements and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g. ADP Workforce Dynamics 365 etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
