Job Description

Paradies Lagardre enhances traveler experiences through top brands exceptional service and innovation. We specialize in travel essentials specialty retail and dining partnering with airports to offer tailored programs in fashion electronics convenience and more. Our dining options range from quick-serve and casual restaurants to stylish bars and our signature Vino Volo wine bar. By incorporating local artisan goods and popular food concepts we create a unique sense of place and bring both national favorites and local gems to airport travelers.

WHAT YOU DO

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of warehouse systems and the daily coordination of team members. This position combines hands-on leadership with systems oversight supporting operational efficiency accuracy and employee engagement. The Lead acts as a liaison between frontline associates and management driving operational performance through effective use of warehouse management systems (WMS) workforce planning and scheduling attendance and timekeeping accuracy including labor reporting.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and optimize the use of warehouse systems (e.g. SAP WMS RF scanning labor tracking tools) to support accurate inventory movement real-time reporting and efficient workflows.

  • Serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting system issues training team members on system usage and partnering with IT or systems support teams as needed.
  • Lead daily operational functions including receiving picking packing and shipping while ensuring alignment with system-driven processes.
  • Support labor planning task delegation and shift handoffs with a focus on fairness productivity and team morale.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in implementing process improvements based on data insights.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching feedback and basic performance support to team members; escalate performance or conduct concerns as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Assist with audits cycle counts and reporting to ensure system and physical inventory accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot errors and support associates with system issues.
  • Coordinate and publish daily cycle count plans.
  • Ensure accurate recording of inventory moves adjustments and order status.
  • Generate and distribute key performance and inventory reports.
  • Manage daily labor schedules monitor attendance punches and escalate timekeeping issues.
  • Support new hire onboarding processes badge management and HR document filing.
  • Communicate with HR and management on workforce status and staffing changes
  • Manage user access handheld device configurations and handheld flows
  • Analyze transaction history to investigate discrepancies
  • Validate cycle count adjustments and root causes of variances
  • Maintain item master data bin locations and replenishment logic
  • Support system updates and test new SAP functionality when required
  • Assist with scheduling and workforce planning to support peak volume needs
  • Maintain associate rosters HR compliance documentation and training logs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP and WMS transaction flows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to train and support associates in using handheld devices and SAP interfaces
  • Experience with inventory accuracy cycle counting and reporting tools
  • Understanding of cross-functional warehouse operations and data integrity
  • Familiarity with warehouse labor standards scheduling systems and timeclock reconciliation
  • Attention to administrative details for tracking attendance performance and HR compliance tasks
