Finance Manager - Gerald Hyundai & Genesis of North Aurora

As our auto group continues to grow were looking for a highly motivated results-focused Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all new business and finance contracts
- Verify and check paperwork for cash finance and loan transactions
- Contract or collect all money at closing
- Seek bank approval for all financed and leased deals
- Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
- Stay informed about current programs and rate options offered by our lenders
- Verify insurance and complete paperwork
- Solicit extended warranty sales and after-market products
- Handle cancellations for extended warranties and credit life cancellations
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to uphold strict legal and ethical standards while conducting business
What We Offer:
- Pay range for this position:$75000 - $250000.
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to skills experience and education.
- Available Benefits include medical insurance with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA. Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance.

- PTO after 90 days of employment
- Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service
