You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects on time within scope and under budgetwhile maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills construction management expertise and a results-driven mindset to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan schedule and manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting procurement permitting and execution.
Coordinate and lead project meetings with architects engineers subcontractors vendors and internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project timelines budgets cost reports and change orders.
Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Review and approve construction documents submittals RFIs and pay applications.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues as they arise.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients consultants and field teams.
Ensure adherence to contract requirements local codes and quality control standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in BSCE BSME BSEE.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management including experience managing commercial industrial or infrastructure projects.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods contracts scheduling and permitting.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g. Procore MS Project Primavera Bluebeam).
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
