Qualifications:
- Amenable to work in BGC & QC
- Amenable to onsite work
- Amenable to GY shifting rosters
- 2nd year college level or graduate of a diploma course
- Must have at least 2 years overall BPO Voice experience w/ 6 mos in a Spanish speaking campaign
- Online Spanish assessment: B2 Rating
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve wide variety of inquiries from patient hospital and insurance providers in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Educate patients concerning their billing statement balance explanation and insurance related queries.
- Handles escalated calls specific to payment insurance coverage.
- Assist patient in processing payment via credit card entry-pay or any other approved means of payment portals.
- Evaluate patients financial status and determine eligibility for financial payment arrangements based on procedural guidelines.
- Identifies and resolves patient billing complaints making determination as to whether associate need to process adjustment facilitate re-billing or whether issues need to elevate to other departments/ management.
- Conveys information effectively by using logic and reasoning to identify and solve problems.
- Ability to handle apprehensive patients specific to care service or billing issues.
- Take calls from patients insurance companies hospitals and other affiliates while complying privacy and confidentiality of patients information as per HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
