Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) Up to 25 per hour (dependent on experience) 42 Hours per Week

Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their as a Clinical Lead Nurse working 42 hours per week. This opportunity is based in a stunning care home set within a grand country house surrounded by tranquil landscaped gardensan ideal setting for both residents and staff to thrive.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Registered General Nurse with strong leadership skills who is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence and supporting the nursing team in delivering outstanding care to older adults.

What the Service is Looking For:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN (essential)
  • Previous experience in a senior nurse or clinical lead role
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of elderly care needs
  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong communication time management and problem-solving abilities
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding care in a respectful and supportive environment
