Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) Up to 25 per hour (dependent on experience) 42 Hours per Week
Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their as a Clinical Lead Nurse working 42 hours per week. This opportunity is based in a stunning care home set within a grand country house surrounded by tranquil landscaped gardensan ideal setting for both residents and staff to thrive.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence and supporting the nursing team in delivering outstanding care to older adults.
What the Service is Looking For:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN (essential)
- Previous experience in a senior nurse or clinical lead role
- Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of elderly care needs
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong communication time management and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to delivering outstanding care in a respectful and supportive environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality person-centred nursing care

- Support the management team with audits compliance and best practice standards
- Administer medications and clinical interventions as required
- Maintain accurate and detailed care records and clinical documentation
- Act as a key point of contact for families and external healthcare professionals
