2 x Temporary full-time positions until 30 June 2026
$103133 package includes salary ($91272.00 - $98291.00) employers superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This position coordinates school and student engagement programs across IAT sites at Meadowbank Kingswood and offsite locations ensuring delivery and accessibility align with the Student Benefits Program Charter.
You will lead engagement activities in collaboration with TAFE NSW and NSW Department of Education representatives and take charge of planning promoting delivering and evaluating events. The role also contributes to ongoing continuous improvement processes that enhance student benefits and experiences.
About You
We are seeking a passionate and experienced coordinator who loves creating engaging experiences for students no matter where they are. You have a strong background in organising student programs and events for diverse groups including those learning online or across different locations. Youre skilled at using a mix of channels whether its face-to-face online or through social media to bring these programs to life.
As a part of this role you are required to be on location during events and may be required to travel when needed.
Highly Regarded:
- Experience in schools engagement from Stages 1-6
- Broad stakeholder engagement experience
- Event/Project Management experience
To be successful in this role you will have:-
- Diploma Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills knowledge and experience.
- Experience in coordinating student engagement program activities and events for student cohorts with diverse needs and geographically dispersed and/or online.
- Experience in organising and delivering student engagement program activities and events using different medium and channels including face-to-face online and social media platforms.
- Willingness and ability to travel as per business requirements
