Job Description
Solar PV Project Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary:Vehicle Bonus
Type: Full-Time Permanent

Valoris Group is supporting a well-regarded renewable energy contractor in the search for a Solar PV Project Manager. This is a key hire as they scale operations across commercial and domestic solar projects.
Were looking for someone who can take ownership from pre-construction through to handover ensuring quality safety and programme delivery are consistently met.
Role Overview

Manage multiple solar PV and battery storage projects across commercial and residential sites

Oversee site teams subcontractors and client liaison
-
Plan and deliver projects on time within budget and to high standards

Produce RAMS manage H&S and lead site audits/inspections
-
Liaise with design teams and procurement for materials and schedules
-
Handle all documentation certifications and system sign-offs
-
Ensure systems are registered and integrated with relevant monitoring platforms

Support the commissioning process and client handover
Requirements
-
Proven experience delivering solar PV installations (commercial or domestic)

Strong organisational and site management skills

Technical understanding of PV battery and inverter systems

SMSTS or SSSTS
-
ECS/CSCS Card
-
18th Edition preferred
-
Valid UK Driving Licence
-
Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills
