What you can expect

• Lead digital-first creativity: Drive the development of holistic brand communications across digital platforms from campaign concepts and branded content to interactive activations and digital ecosystems.
• Use technology as a creative catalyst: Apply emerging tools like GenAI immersive design and interactive storytelling as enablers that amplify brand narratives.
• Inspire and guide a creative team: Mentor and lead art directors copywriters and motion designers through concept pitch and production with clarity and inspiration.

What wed love to see

• A background in digital brand communication campaigns content creations that span web mobile social and emerging formats.
• 6-8 years of experience in creative direction brand storytelling or digital campaign leadership roles in agencies studios or consultancies.
• Fluent German is required a very good level of English is appreciated.
• A portfolio that blends storytelling with innovation featuring case studies that show how youve crafted brand presence through digital means.
• A strong understanding of digital behaviors brand-building principles and the production realities of content in a platform-first world.
• Expertise with technologies like GenAI immersive tools or emerging tech and the imagination to apply them creatively.
• Clear strategic thinking and the ability to pitch and present ideas that balance creative integrity with client realities.
