The role
At the heart of this role is the opportunity to shape and lead a team of First Nations educators in creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences across the stunning sites of the Botanic Gardens of Sydney. Youll design innovative programs that connect people of all ages with First Nations knowledges cultures and histories while aligning with curriculum and strategic goals. Its a hands-on role where youll guide and support your team build partnerships and bring creative energy to program development and delivery.
Youll also manage day-to-day operations from rostering staff and overseeing budgets to working with schools community groups and industry partners. The challenge lies in balancing the coordination of a dispersed casual team embedding cultural integrity and developing programs that are inclusive relevant and of consistently high quality.
