As a corporate banking business management Vice President youll play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives and collaborating with regional and global teams. As a trusted advisor youll help drive key business initiatives and optimize performance. We are seeking a highly motivated energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role you will support strategic initiatives prepare business reviews and assist with governance process optimizations and administrative tasks. Youll work closely with functional partners across the firm including Business Managers Product Controllers Planning & Analysis Business Control Legal Risk and Compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Support execution of business initiatives working closely with local and regional teams.
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management presentation development and business analysis.
- Organize complex information strategically demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations reports and dashboards.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and facilitate next steps including project managing and delivering key work streams and tasks.
- Identify key business risks on the platform and partner with product and controls office to remediate risk and controls issues.
- Provide financial and business data in support of regulatory requests.
- Prepare materials for town halls employee recognition and strategy working sessions including coordination of team activities.
- Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers looking for ways to continually simplify improve and add value to existing business processes.
- Ad hoc/general business management support across the franchise.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or related area with prior experience in Business Management or COO role.
- Proven experience delivering timely high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence.
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and leading the agenda.
- Ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritize or adapt with rapidly changing and sometimes conflicting demands.
- Excellent communication organization and project management skills.
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
- Demonstrates sound judgment professional maturity and a high level of integrity.
- Self-motivated tenacious and able to work with a high degree of independence.
- Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint).
