Overview
The David D. Reh School of Business at Clarkson University invites applications for a one-year open-rankVisiting Faculty Position in Organizational Studies to begin August 1 2025. We seek a dynamic and engaging instructor to teach a range of undergraduate and graduate organizational studies courses. Areas of teaching include but are not limited to:negotiations organizational behavior human resource management strategic management organizational change team building and leadership courses.

Responsibilities
The position carries a standard teaching load ofthree and a half courses per semester(seven total for the academic year). The selected candidate is also encouraged to engage inscholarly workthat contributes to the teaching and practice of the various areas of organizational studies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- An MBA is required a Ph.D. in a related management field is preferred.
- Preferred qualificationsinclude demonstrated potential incollegiate teachingand relevantindustry or research experience.
