Job Summary
Shift: 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Principle Accountabilities:
- Troubleshoots and repairs complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment at the component level.
- Handles units that may have workmanship or technical errors.
- Operates electronic test equipment and conducts special tests as required.
- Analyzes software test protocol and script logs to diagnose and verify reason for test failure.
- Verifies causes for failures and determines whether to send for repair or retest.
- Provides technical assistance feedback and guidance to other technical personnel and departments.
- Collaborates with engineers on functionality issues and procedure updates.
- Assists with the installation debug and validation of process equipment.
- Follows all safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts work that requires repetitive motion toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate however ear protection may be required or needed in certain areas.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to handle small components reach with hands and arms stoop kneel crouch talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds by themselves and lift and/or move 40 pounds with a partner. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color vision and depth perception.
