You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailECI Management Group is hiring a full-time Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead dining and catering operations at the University of North Texas in Dallas. Were looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for scratch cooking quality and team development.
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Manage food production inventory and ordering
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Assist with menu development and catering execution
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Prior experience as a chef kitchen manager or lead cook
Strong leadership and communication skills
ServSafe certified (preferred)
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Team-oriented environment with opportunities for advancement

Typical Hours: AM PM shifts MondayFriday. Weekends vary depending on catering volume. Average 40-55 hours per week.
