Job Description

Job Title:

IT Manager I - Application Support Manager

Location:

Block 23

What youll do:

As the IT Manager for the Deposits Payments and Treasury Management team you will oversee the technical application support team responsible for the daily monitoring configuration maintenance and operation of critical payment applications and processes. You will work closely with delivery business partners and vendors to support application releases change management and documentation as well as supporting necessary audit and reporting functions for the applications under your ownership.
  • Standardize and continuously improve application documentation templates workflows and knowledge repositories.
  • Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring coaching performance management training and development.
  • Provide technical and operational support and expertise on projects for internal partners. Execute adequate escalation for issues.
  • Provide leadership during incident calls.
  • Engage and collaborate with business and IT colleagues to develop stronger partnerships enabling more effective support of critical business and technology functions.

What youll need:

  • 5 years of related experience in IT--App Support IT--Development or Banking Operations.
  • Bachelors degree in related field required.
  • Previous leadership experience required.
  • Experience with banking operations processes (Core processing Online Banking ACH etc) required.
  • Experience in technology processes and systems such as ADO SDLC Change Management Incident Management Service Now etc.
  • Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
