Able Australia is seeking a values-driven Board Director who is passionate about empowering people with disability to live the life they choose. As a leading not-for-profit and registered NDIS provider we are committed to delivering high-quality client-focused services across Victoria Tasmania Queensland and the ACT.
We are looking for a strategic collaborative leader who brings experience in governance a deep understanding of the disability health aged care or not-for-profit sectors and a strong commitment to ethical and impactful service.

Were looking for a collaborative governance-driven leader with experience in the disability health aged care or not-for-profit sectors and a strong ethical compass.
Essential Selection Criteria
- Significant relevant experience skills and qualifications as required in alignment with the skill mix requirements of the Board.
- Exposure to the Not-for-Profit Disability Health or Aged Care sectors.
- Strong analytical commercial and strategic leadership skills.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and demonstrate collaborative leadership including emotional intelligence.
- Excellent organisational skills ability to prioritise work and meet tight timeframes.
- Sound integrity and ethics.
- Governance driven.
