What you will do

Were seeking a Senior Product Form Analyst to lead the development and modernization of our commercial insurance coverage forms. Youll design legally sound customer-focused policy documentation aligned with market trends and business strategy across Commercial Auto Small Commercial and Property & Casualty lines.

In this role youll analyze data monitor product performance and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Youll support new product launches regulatory filings and ensure compliance across jurisdictions. Collaboration is keyyoull work closely with product managers analysts and external partners to drive product initiatives forward.

This is a strategic high-impact role ideal for someone passionate about building modern insurance products and ensuring regulatory excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Lead the development of a modern product portfolio that aligns with company market trends strategies and opportunities provides consistent and customer focused product offerings.
• Leads and conducts research and analyze data to inform product development opportunities and strategies. Monitor performance of existing product coverage offerings to ensure they provide optimal growth and profitability goals and objectives.
• Lead research development and maintenance of comprehensive clear and legally sound coverage forms and policy documentation.
• Research design and provide support for launching new products &/or features.
• Provide analytic insights on existing or new market opportunities identifying emerging trends and risks and translating them into product opportunities.
• Provide product manager and specialist support for product modernization efforts for new and existing form changes and product.
• Responsible in ensuring all insurance products adhere to evolving regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Provide support for regulatory filing support for product regulatory discussions public filings and industry groups.
• Provide filing and implementation support to product specialists or pricing analyst for rules and rates for new and existing product coverage form development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales marketing claims) and external partners (e.g. reinsurers regulators) to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support emerging talent fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
• Provide technical support for and training to internal teams and stakeholders as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures.

What you need

• 10 years in Contract Law Claims litigation or comprehensive Product Development with emphasis on coverage interpretation and contract development required.
• Bachelors Degree- Prefer law degree (JD) or prior legal experience interpreting law and coverage preferred or Equivalent business experience includes but not limited to contract law claims litigation or claims coverage counsel

Salary Range:

$92000 - $138000

**The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employees work experience their geographic location education certification(s) scope and responsibilities in the role and additional qualifications.**
