Job Title: ERP Supply Chain Business Analyst - Infor M3

Location: Cracow Poland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and Documentation: Communicate perceived opportunities to Domain and Service Owners. Understand analyze and document business / functional requirements against market trends and existing/required processes
  • Scope Definition: Create scoping documents to align business requirements. Provide input for business case creation and resource planning
  • Design Initiation: Drive early business/functional designs high-level solutioning sessions and high-level assessment in terms of efforts (resources time budget skills).
  • Define & Design Solutions Build Deploy Run
  • Creating Functional Requirements: Design propose and translate new requirements and enhancement to the solutions into functional requirements
  • Translation of Business Needs: Translate business needs into relevant solutions in line with customer objectives and IT strategy
  • Quality Assurance: Prepare quality assurance measures in accordance with the specific requirements and ensure compliance to GxP regulation and Galderma standards
  • System Integration: Facilitate the integration of new solutions replacing local systems with global ones and support the maintenance model
  • Documentation Coordination: Coordinate the creation of User Requirements Specification (URS) documents solution testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Consultant Contact: Be the primary IT contact for tasks performed by external consultants such as design change request interface or report setup
  • Change Advisory Board: Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings to drive enhancements to the systems
  • Regulatory Assessment: Evaluate the impact of new Regulatory requirements on systems and execute necessary changes

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in management IT and Accounting

  • 5 years of professional experience with M3 across multi functions and business processes with a strong focus on Supply Chain and Customer Service

  • Experience with the following technologies:

    ERP systems

    Planning softwares

  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements to derive functional specifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Project management / coordination capabilities

  • General understanding of IT infrastructure and applications

  • Mission-oriented and passionate about the delivery of quality customer care

  • Fluent English
