Job Description

Switzerland Payroll Expert

Description -

HP is looking for an experimented motivated and energetic Switzerland Payroll Expert located in Wroclaw with in depth local legal knowledge and expertise in SAP or ADP GlobalView Payroll system and ideally German speaking.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering accurate and on-time monthly payroll for HP Switzerland employees in compliance with local legal and company policies.

  • Legal watch.

  • Drive and validate payroll system configuration evolution as new company policies or programs are being deployed.

  • Ensure end to end processes are properly defined and executed.

  • Driving any issue resolution to achieve desired results.

  • Interact directly with local authorities for payroll-related matters.

  • Lead for the tax and social security audits.

  • Act as a trusted partner with our key local and global partners in particular HR and controllership and our ADP vendor.

  • Seeking continuous process improvement & automation prioritize present to management and drive enhancement.

Requirements:

  • First level university degree with a focus in business economics or HR recommended. Payroll certification would be a plus.

  • Typically around 6 years of experience as a Switzerland Payroll specialist.

  • Strong understanding of the Switzerland Payroll framework and government regulations.

  • Excellent SAP or ADP GlobalView Payroll System knowledge.

  • Experience in collaborating with multiple functions within the country (legal HR controllership).

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; fluent knowledge of German and English.

  • Superior teamwork skills.

  • Strong business application skills in particular experience with Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools such as Teams.
