Salary: Circa 50000 per annum (depending on experience)

Were looking for a confident and compassionate leader from an administrative onboarding or people shared services background to join us as our Employee Onboarding & Experience Manager. In this newly shaped role youll lead and bringing together two established teams into one our Recruitment Coordinators and Onboarding Coordinators unifying them under one purpose: to deliver a smooth inclusive and engaging journey for every new Anglian Water new starter and employee.
Youll be a key member of our leadership team responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the full onboarding process from interview coordination through to formal offers pre-employment checks and day one readiness. Your ability to lead people drive high performance and embed consistent processes will be critical to our success.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven leadership experience in a busy people-focused function to shape how we support our future talent.
